1. Junior Office Admin (1 year contract), $1,800/mth, Tiong Bahru Plaza
Responsibilities
• Liaison with building management / vendor on facilities issues involved electricity, first-aid, fire exit, safety, air-conditioning servicing and maintenance etc.
• Preparation for new staff such as seating arrangement, staff pass, car park facility, keys, etc.
• Office space management and housekeeping
• General admin duties

Responsibilities
• Handle customer calls
• Assign calls to field engineers to attend to
• Follow up on field modification instructions.
• Customer service experience would be good.
• Liaise with customers on maintenance contracts renewals
• Prepare quotations/ tenders for maintenance contracts
• Prepare cost and benefits sheet to customers
• Update the service call logs
• Maintain the contracts database
Requirements:

3. Cost Analyst (Permanent), max at $4,000/mth, Marsiling
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the Finance lead in the manufacturing task force
Lead the month-end production cost closing. Ensure integrity of accounting record on all production stock movement and closing balances
Develop product margin and cost models and other decision support tools for manufacturing operations. Preparation of KPIs.
Inventory Management and Cost Control
Support in the preparation of annual budget exercise and quarterly forecasts
Continuously drive process improvements pertaining to cost and revenue optimization initiatives
Maintain internal control systems to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act
Requirements:
Bachelor of Accountancy or ACCA or CIMA
Min 3-5 years of costing experience from manufacturing / electronics environment. Familiar with job costing environment and experience in product costing (actual vs. standards), manufacturing cost development and budgeting
Comfortable with figures and have an analytical mind
Knowledge of ERP (SAP or Oracle), Crystal reports a definite advantage

4. Software Developer (Permanent), remuneration depending on experience, Knowledge of LINUX is a MUST, Buona Vista
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop complex projects, including functional analysis and investigation, high-level design, low-level design and implementation
• Participate in component level designs together with other senior developers or architects
• Effectively test and identify tricky bugs to resolve time critical, business critical product/issues
• Research and understand marketing requirements for new technologies or development tools
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Computer/Software/Electronics & Communications Engineering with minimum 2 years' software development experience in LINUX/UNIX environment, preferably with system administration on Red Hat Linux/Suse Linux
• System programming on LINUX cluster or grid environment
• Knowledge of Python, Ruby on rails, PHP, C++ and Java is an added advantage

Responsibilities:-
• To engage and propose to clients, Platform Grid Computing and Workload Management solutions which will increase their computer system asset utilization and accelerate their software applications and key business processes
• To assist in project scoping, sales proposals, quotations in responding to requests for RFPs
• To coordinate with channel/strategic partners, engineers to manage technical risks and customers issues to ensure project success
• To deliver formal training and conduct onsite customer workshops to assist customers in deploying complex grid computing environments
• To gather clients valuable feedback and requirements to assist Platform's core engineers to steer product development
• To develop a level of expertise in Platform's products and work with 3rd party vendors/SI as a strong customer and partner advocate
Requirements :-
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering preferably with at least 2 years programming experience in C/C++, java and scripting environment
• Experience with web based solution deployments using Apache on Linux as well as Tomcat & Java is an asset
• System administration experience in Linux/Unix and Windows computing environment is required

Responsibilities:-
• Create and manage sales tools and collaterals such as white papers, sales kits, web sites, presentation, sales training maetrials
• To evangelize product's position and customer awareness through blogging, industry events, white papers, customer case studies
• Works closely with sales team, OEM and Channel Partners & customers to fine tune positioning and messaging
• to optimise the go-to-market process
• Provide product domain expertise for sales and assist in key sales demos and product information
Requirements:-
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and Engineering

7. Pricing Analyst (Contract/Permanent), remuneration depending on experience, Tanjong Pagar
Responsibilities:-
• Works together with the regional bid team during the pursuit process. Develops the financial case for large, outsourcing/managed services opportunities within Fuji Xerox Global Services
• Continuously develops financial models with multiple scenarios and pricing strategies to ensure competitive advantage in meeting customer needs and ensuring profitable contracts for FXGS
• Develop and build a comprehensive cost database with rates
• Provides commercial guidance to the bid team for large and complex bids
• Present the financial analysis to internal management to secure approval and externally (on a selective basis) to gain support/ commitment from the customer
• Identify risks, perform risk analysis to quantify the financial impact, reflect it in the financial/profitability analysis and ensure that the bid team understands the risk implications during customer negotiations
• Act as key interface to the Finance groups to ensure their requirements are met
Requirements:-
• At least 6-8 years of working experience, preferably in audit or pricing/costing analysis
