Customer Service Coordinator (Canto)

Position : Customer Service Coordinator (Cantonese Speaking)
Status : Permanent
Salary : $2100 - $2600, Overtime is claimable
Start Date : Jan - Feb '09
Work Location : Changi Business Park

The Job
Acting as an ambassador of the XXX brand in our Relationship Centre, the incumbent will be the main contact point with the customer by telephone or mail. He/she will be responsible for taking orders, understanding and satisfying customer needs, listening, informing and proposing solutions to customer problems.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline
1 – 2 years of working experience in telephone sales dealing with premium lifestyle products
Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with customers from diverse cultures
Strong problem identification and solving skills
Meticulous, patient and customer oriented
Able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong interest and knowledge in coffee
Fluent in English, Chinese, and Cantonese
