Yes.. recently I was headhunted and being offered a job.....

ok... the fact is.. I begged my ex boss for a job ok?

Anyway, yes.. seems like... there is a job for me now...

but.... going over means... an overall pay cut! Plus... leave cut!

moving over.. is like... downgrading.. i am downgrading myself!!!

But... being me, once I have decided (acually long long ago), its hard for me to revert... so despite the cons... I think... i will still move on.......
