Position : Customer Service Coordinator (Cantonese Speaking)
Reporting : Retail Manager
Status : Permanent
Salary Package : $2,100 to $2,600
Start Date : Dec'08 - Jan'09

The Job
Acting as an ambassador of the XXX brand in our Relationship Centre, you will be the main contact point with the customer by telephone or mail. You will be responsible for taking orders, understanding and satisfying customer needs, listening, informing and proposing solutions to customer problems.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline
- 1 – 2 years of working experience in telephone sales dealing with premium lifestyle products
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with customers from diverse cultures
- Strong problem identification and solving skills
- Meticulous, patient and customer oriented
- Able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong interest and knowledge in coffee
- Fluent in English, Chinese, and Cantonese
