No music?!

I heard from a friend that using music on blog will be banned! It will be illegal, and I will be fined if I have music on my blog......

what the fish......... how come music is not allowed? Really dont understand... we cant download what... juz to listen while reading my INTERESTING blog.. also cant????

My music is DIY 1... will i get sued??? by the singer??? I am soooo scare!!!!
